Converter um template para um website

This Job is about creating a webstore based on a Template. the e-Shop will sell my "engeneering services", I am one civil engeneer and I can do one job very well, the job is called "Tabelas da NBR 12721", it is VERY specific job, and I want the e-Shop to get my customers, receive their inquiries, process their payments, receive their files DWG or PDF. Then, based on their files, I will do MY JOB, process those files and output XLS or PDF to my customers. I want to upload this files to my website, so that my customer can receive them via e-mail AND also download them from the website. The shop must be very clean and VERY attractive, using SEO, paypal, and google analytics to track the entire website activity, MAINLY the "thank you page, AFTER the payment, because I MUST use google adwords CPA method (where I only pay google , per each customer that actualy BUY from me). My main competitors will be these 2 websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Although, they are not automated and I want to automate the sales and the advertising. OF COURSE, i want also a BETTER design than this 2 websites. I will sell in this shop, only 1 service, but this can have some 5 optional sub-services, and each optional will have their own price, so the systema mus understand this and make the sum, for the customer to pay the full price. The freelance must propose a platform where this operations can be performed, and where the freelancer feels VERY confortable with. The platform must give the option to translate everything, since I will be doing the translation to Brazilian Portuguese afterwards I want to award this job as soon as possible, and I want to avoid a lot of bla bla bla, so, please if you have read all that I wrote, you must start your bid with the sentence "ready to start the NBR shop", I will only read bids with this, in order to save everybodys time.
