Detection of Vanishing Point of An Image

Hi , I need someone to build me code in any language he/she like , The required functionality is that it should detect the vanishing point of an image . This is related to image processing . Every Image has vanishing point , if someone wants to see what is it can read on wikipedia its available . Tell me what approach you will use to achieve this functionality . My preference is c++ code or MATLAB or may be phyton . Also the person should write comment after each line of code explaining what the code is doing and payment will only be made upon successful functioning of the code that we give it an image it process it and give us the vanishing point of that image .
