Display Image Caption below photos on WordPress site.

We require somebody that is able to edit a theme so that image light boxes display the image caption that has been added within WordPress to below the text in a stylised fashion i.e. font type, text colour.
We will provide access to WordPress, and FTP if required.

Just a clarification to make 100% sure people understand what I am asking, I am talking about a PHP/WordPress API (or whatever its called, codex?) solution, not a manual job i.e. data entry etc.
