Affiliate Website

Hi I am looking for an affiliate website, which has lots of different types of affiliate products on, this is not an affiliate site to sell, but an affiliate site to join up from. I would like it to be the same as [login to view URL] but not the same, e.g. does what this site does, but look different. I would prefer it to be done in a CMS, Joomla theme preferably. A simple logo to be done as well. As you can see when browsing the sample site, it has about 5 different pages, front page, category page, the affiliate page for the category page selected, the affiliate page itself and a general page in which I can add anything else. So hopefully these can be templates files in joomla where I can edit and or add another page easily in these formats. If this can be done simple in html/php easier, then I am open to this, just as long as it is commented so I can easily see what part is what so I can edit it. As for the pages, I dont need them pre-filled, they can be filled with example information, as long as I can easily add/remove etc any text, images....... I like the comparison boxes on the site, so would like something similar. I would like some space for adsense, and banners (so I can add them myself). Please make it SEO friendly. Once done, all copyright to be mine and all original files, photoshop, joomla theme, html and any others to be sent to me. Please let me know if you want some further information. Thanks
