Design Web Site + Logo + Social media / ecommerce Templates

Hi Freelancers, I would like to get a small clean commercial web site designed that once completed can be updated with pictures and product description by myself. I would need the site to have decent/very good SEO. The purpose of the site is to act as an interactive on-line platform enabling me to take a small collection of vintage jewellery and other collectable objects to market. NB: It is crucial that the site is designed to be viewed clearly and neatly on all 'Mobile devices' ie. tablet and smartphones. Specific 'Mobile' functionality must be designed into the site. ie. hover arrow over phone number/email address and client can simply 1 touch call or 1 touch [login to view URL] web site must be smart enough to auto re-size to the device accessing it so it navigates well and looks professional. I would also like a very simple logo designed ( i have an idea of how this will look) I would like to have a designer produce a template that will complement my web sites finished 'design' that can be used on social media sites [login to view URL] and eCommerce sites like ebay. see below for examples.
