converting website from flash to html

I have had a website created using [login to view URL] and so my website is flash. I would like this converted to HTML (or what ever form it needs to be in) so it can be viewed on iphones etc. if there is another fomat it should be in then please advice me? I also want the website alot faster when it loads. Its very slow and some pictures take alot longer than others to load. When the website is first opened the screen stays grey for quite a while and then a picture or text box will load one at a time. Please can some one help me with this. I would like it done asap! Thank you
