Create a PS, AI, Gif and JPEG based on a jpeg

The top of my website is a single jpeg, so I can not alter it. I would like to have three different alterable files. The background, the logo and the two together. You can see the jpeg in the attached file and a psd of my logo. The image of the logo you create should be at an angle like the one in the picture.

I would like you to remake the image, not simply convert it.

The new image should be the same height, but 950 pix wide.

For the results I want photoshop, fireworks, AI, gif and jpeg of each image.
