Creating a template for the squeeze/ landing page

I need a graphic designer who is experienced and has an eye for detail.
I need a landing page that is similar to this page [url removed, login to view] in terms of the layout but a totally different design. I would also need a photoshop template of the design so I can change to suit different niches.
You need to provide me a way for me to change the color easily so that I can just tweak it a little and it can be used again.
The project is for:
Landing page layout & design
Logo design
buttons
Illustrations
This project is to begin a.s.a.p after finding a suitable service provider. I don't think this is a going to be too difficult as I want a real similar layout to this website - [url removed, login to view]
Please send a similar project you have done before and I would choose the person who can produce the same work. I don't expect this to be an expensive task and would hope to get bids lesser than $80.
