Requirements Looking for an Adsense expert that can create wordpress adsense website/Blog similar like [login to view URL] that can make up to $30-40/ day, I am not looking for a website that works good in starting but stops generating income later, instead i am looking for a website that give constant earning per month to build up the resale value of website. The freelancer should fulfill following criteria 1) Use only 100% white hat techniques & do power pack SEO 2) stable income to build resale value. 3) Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads 4) Unique organic traffic through search engines 5) Must Be Adsense optimized 6) must include google analytics code. 7) MUST follow google Adsense rules and regulations. 8) write few good articles to populate the website in the starting, i will also provide few articles as well. Note- i don't want an automated blog, and the articles should pass the copyspace test. What will i give- I will provide domain & web hosting. This will be an ongoing project, i am looking for an adsense expert who can create a website/blog & do 100% white hat & power pack SEO. Payment term- My budget is max $200 for this project ( this include making a website/blog & doing SEO, writing articles ), i will fund the escrow account before starting of this project but i will release the payment only when i receive a min $500 check, but this payment term apply till i receive first payment. after this whenever i receive the payment from google, i will share 30% of the total profit with the freelancer but the freelancer should do 100% white hat & power pack SEO. NOTE- please don't bid if you cannot meet any of the criteria or you don't agree any of the terms, it will only waste your time & mine too. Restriction- i don't want bids from freelancer from bangladesh or pakistan ( i had a very bad experience with every freelancer i have hired from the above 2 countries. ) message me after bidding on this, so that i would know that you have read the project description closely.
