Hi, I need a website like aliexpress.com. Every freelancer (or group) with expert knowledge,and who is willing to work with me closely on this website, please do an offer ! Do me a bod for the same functionality as aliexpress, the site will not be the same but it will give me already a good idea about your expertise and price setting. I don't need projectmanagers that have programmers all over the world, but i do need a highly skilled and motivated team at 1 location to start this project. It is the outmost importance that i can communicate with the software engeneers during this project, so i will be closely involved while the website grows.
