I have an illustrator file which the website has been designed in. Need a designer to build a website exactly how it is laid out in the illustrator file. The website is basic in nature, and needs to have a shopping cart which the owner can login and ad and remove products. The shopping cart needs to be paypal. Must be built within 2 weeks. I have attached a pdf with what each page should look like exactly. Please note that the background must cover the entire screen and when the browser is resized the writing layer must move accordingly (cascade). There will be more work for you in the future if you do a good job and a good price.
