Create a Very Simple Website

Website project requirements: 1) To build a fully functional website that will have a few pages to sell 3 types of my products. Wordpress can be used for free to build the site. 2) Need to have a link to sell the products, two kinds of the products need only icons, the other kind needs to show 2 pictures per item. I have icons, pictures, item descriptions ready. 3) One of the project is digital goods. Need to trigger an instant deliver script that’s already existing in the admin folder. Small updates on the scripts may be needed to have it work with my website’s sell. 4) Need shopping cart, and paypal gateway for receiving payments. These plug ins are free and existing for download. 5) Need knowledge transfer to show me how to update the coupon listing, and product inventory, etc. after project is done. 6) Also want a membership reward program and friends referral program set up in my website. Program details will be provide when PM. 7) I hope to have the working website asap. I need a knowledgeable, responsive contractor to work on the project. I cannot work with someone I don’t hear updates, hard to get in touch with. Most of everything that’s needed to set up the website is existing. My budget is around $100.
