An online store developed for selling jewelry

Looking for someone to create an online store which makes it simple and easy for me to add new items on my own to the store as needed.
The store is centered around Islamic style jewelry so the design would need to attract that type of audience and stay respectful. I have two sample items with photos I can give you so you can give me a basic idea of what your particular vision may look like. This is why I believe this is a simple project as I'm not asking you to go and list hundreds of items, I want to do that on my own I just need you to work on the foundation.
If you have additional helpful ideas and believe it may require more work than the below budget please outline it in detail and I can certainly take it into consideration. But ultimately I just need you to create the look of the store as well as give me the tools necessary to continue its maintenance and updates on my own as necessary. I already have the domain names registered and I'll go right ahead with getting a proper hosting service as soon as you tell me you're on board.
