I aim to establish and run a blitz chess site, and I seek a software developer who can play chess (a natural requirement given the assignment) and an ISP for hosting purposes. The site will have: a) members joining function (the usual type), b) a way to establish and run blitz chess tournaments (to be specified). Now, as a first step I am seeking a software consultant who can write a blitz chess program. To gain an idea of the exact blitz software I wish to have developed please: 1. Now at this stage is it feasible for your firm to be able to write such a blitz program? If so, can you give me an indicative cost of the portion of the assignment to write the blitz software.
