Creating a style-sheet and banner (CSS)

I need a style sheet (CSS) created for my site, currently the site looks like this: ![][1] I want it looking similar to this screenshot: ![][2] what i want you to do is, change the boarder to light black and the sites navigation buttons e.g. home, browse etc as its shown in the image provided, pretty much just copy the rest of the images style including the banner/with pictures (which is needed) the writing in the banner will need to be replaced with a three letter word which you will be given if your bid is accepted. I would appreciate it if you can keep the font the same throughout. Task overview: create a CSS which looks similar to the image provided, replace sites nav buttons to the same style as provided in image, and copy the banner too which will be replaced with a three letter word. I also want backup files (.rar) uploaded once done. edit:// there's no link to the direct website, your going to have to draw/sketch the images your self from scratch, i'm not saying it has to look exactly as the banner but as close as possible. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
