Customize Word Press Theme

please note: I don't pay any milestone upfront: only when 50% is complete.

I need a wordpress guru to modify my current template: [url removed, login to view] to look almost like [url removed, login to view]

I already have the scripts and DB installed - all I need is the html, css and some functionality added. Should be a very quick project.

Don't forget a cool logo as well. I need a logo like the one attached
