For creating % discount, when admin create price rules for product discount, we have to place one additional option at that place when admin add discount price for asking that the discount applied as a original amount or the percentage of the Product's base price. Hi, I have worked with Prestashop a lot. It isn't clear to me what do you mean by Prestashop txt. feed, but I guess you are getting products in text file and import as CSV? If this is the case I know how to discount products. Thank you for your consideration. All the best, Nikola
