Analytics Goal Funnel Setup - Cross Subdomain Regex

I need help setting up funnel steps in Google Analytics. I am doing something wrong and I can't put my finger on it. My goals funnels are returning bad data. There are 4 funnels total with 3 to 5 steps per funnel. This is very straight forward. The goal path does cross subdomains, but I have pageTracker._setDomainName and the appropriate filters set properly on all pages (I think). Is a tight deadline, but shouldn't be more that an hour's work for someone with advance knowledge of GA tracking and regular expressions. I really just need some troubleshooting help. I will pay top dollar for a quality expert and quick turn around.
