Blog website wanted

I'm looking for a simple Blog Script like [login to view URL] with no infringement of [login to view URL] copyrights where an unlimited amount of members can join, have their own page and create their own Blogs with rss enabled feeds on each page and photo uploading on the Blog. I am also looking for installation and cheap reliable hosting of the Website Blog with unlimited disc space and unmetered bandwidth and my Domain name logo to be incorporated at the top of each page.I will go to a maximum of $50 for the script and installation, so don't bid if your price is above this. You must provide a demo which shows the home page that members will see.
