I need a person, who is able to set up an OpenCart Shop with my design. All needed data such as design and content will be provided and handed over to the person in charge. The design
will be provided as an PDF file, no PSD or anything else.
I am able to add the products myself, only the finished design needs to fit the webshop.
Some addons such as: two languages, payment tools and so on need to be added.
In the end I am expecting a full working shop.
No upfront payments. When the work is done, you get your money.
