Build an Online Store / Ecommerce Website in Indonesian Language

We Need an e-commerce website.

- Prefer using magento or you can specify your preferred framework or prgramming language.

- website must display in indonesian language ( prefer programmer able to speak indonesian fluently)

- price and shopping cart in single curreny. IDR only

- the time limit is 30 days

- Good SEO

- Complete admin page or backend page.

- Integration with payment gateway

- Integration with sms gateway (using 3rd party with API)

- Integration with live chat (zendesk, etc)

- Integration with shipping module

- responsive design (prefer custom or redesign from template)

- Native Mobile app in IOS and Android

- Will cooperate with my programmer to explain the programming structure. So we can develop it further

- Give progress report weekly

- Give detailed user manual
