Build an Online Store Wordpress

Needing help with work press. Don't have a budget of more than $50 I have attached a powerpoint file to show you what i am looking for. the website is live [login to view URL] So Here is What I Need: 1 - When people log into this site I need them to Log In No LOG IN NO ACESS and once logged in taken to the pick up or delivery categories. 2 - I need the layout to match the following (Menu pages i am making at the moment) - Menu top with Home, Ordering Tips, Storage Tips And a $ live order total. - Side menu to have categories and when you click on them they drop down to show options, Menu with links to pages Butcher request and product request. then the shopping carts 3 - Have a look over my pages and make sure they are set out correct. 4 - Help to learn how to do bulk up loads 5- On check out I only need Frist and last name, email and mobile number 5- Help me set up that when some one ask me to join I can i can got to a page enter their details and they will get a link to sign up and then they fill in there details and agree to terms and conditions. and set a password. Thanks I need this job done asap.
