Build an Online Store (with swap type options)

I'm looking for a web developer to create a 'sort of' Classified Ad website for me. The difference is that registered users can only pay with points they collect when they send us similar items (like a swap). Users can send as many items they like. Points will be collected and they can exchange these points for something else. - Backend to control: ○ Membership management ○ Points management system § Users will be able to tell us the price they paid for the item, the price they believe the item is now worth, condition, etc, once the item is received my team will evaluate the item and let the user know how many points it is worth. An email will be sent to the sender confirming the items got received and the total points awarded § Users can only buy if they have enough points ○ Inventory management § Full management of an item since receipt until delivery § Once items are received by the team, a number of points required to buy them will be associated and the items will be available on the Classified website for member to 'buy' them using points Please start your bid with the word "UNDERSTOOD" to make sure you read and understood the description or your bid will be ignored.
