The purpose of this project is to develop School Information Management System which is used to keep track of a complete school day to day activities/transactions such as students and parents, teachers/non-teaching staff activities, School’s Library, Finance, HR, Payroll, Store, Transportation department transactions. There are several modules in this project. I involved in the modules such as Security (ACL), School Setup, Student & Parent Management, Assignment, Agenda, HRMS , Library, Health, Payroll, SIP, Inventory and Incidence. Security module is used to keep track of user’s login and application access control details. In School Setup module school’s master data configuration such as school licenses, curriculum, academic year, grade-section, register sequence and so on. Student Management module is used to keep track of students each activities right from student admission enquiry to till cancellation process. Parent Portal is developed for parents to know about his/her child daily activities such as daily attendance, report card, fees, school events, circulars , LMS (lesson plan, homework), and parent can communicate with his/her child’s teacher and so on. In Library module is used to keep track of student/teachers membership, fine and barrow/issue book transaction details. In Health module student’s health card, vaccination and medical check details. Payroll is main module which is developed by me. In payroll handling whole school teaching staff and nonteaching staff salary assign to monthly salary generation. In Payroll Employee leaves, Earning/Deductions, LWP, Over time, Gratuity, Air Fare all that calculations doing in system. Also handling there attendance through attendance machine, Salary increment by the payroll module.
