I am looking to develop a website similar to [login to view URL] with strong admin interface. there are few additional items as follows.
1) Add option to upload photo for users
2) no credit - simply $ transaction which can be done upfront
3) Admin can add/ edit / delete category and respective customized form
4) Admin approves all requirements, profile before it get published / broadcast
5) User can define the max numbers of response (up to 12)
6) Text and email broadcast based on requirement - skill match (existing feature)
