About The Organisation ------------------------------ Stranger Innovations is a small, for-profit company founded to bring innovative ideas to life. It’s vision is to identify areas of need and provide cost-effective solutions. Stranger Innovations consists of numerous small teams (2-9 people) working on a variety of projects. The Drive Mada team is directed by James Stranger together with a project manager, Brittany Stone, and three consultants, A.G. Klein, Noizy Rabeniandrasa and Roju Johnarson. The Project ------------------------------ The purpose of visiting the website is to connect these tourists with private drivers for the duration of their travels in return for a percentage fee. The target audience consists of a wide budget range from young budget travellers to older luxury travellers. The target users are tourists travelling to Madagascar who require private transport around the country. They span the ages of 20-65, speaking primarily English or French. Within 3-5 years, we envisage the Drive Mada project to be the predominate private car hire service in Madagascar, perceived by our target audience as reliable, safe and affordable. Bidding for this project will commence on 24th of January for one week after which a candidate will be selected. The candidate will be requested to sign an NDA. Kind regards, James Stranger
