Build a Website from ThemeForest Theme

Super simple, basic html work here. Nothing complex. Using provided code and example files. I just don't have time unfortunately. I have purchased [login to view URL] It is a basic HTML template. The archive for theme comes with loads of example files, demo graphics, etc. What I need is someone to put together the home page, using the example files, to meet the requirements below. It is important to note that when handing the job over, I only want the necessary files to make up the page as described below. I don't want unnecessary CSS, JS, image files, etc. that aren't required to make the page. The page needs to be as per below: 1. Menu & header/initial image area as per [login to view URL] 2. The rest of the page, beneath the header/initial image area, to be in the format of [login to view URL] 3. The grey footer to be changed to be the footer on [login to view URL]
