Here is small task to create a web page. I have a Table with three columns: Name (of web page), URL, Display Order. Name of web page would be the name of the site, like Yahoo, Amazon, Appl. The URL it its address. Display Order indicates the order in which it gets displayed. It should display the names in three columns. Clicking the name should open its URL in a new tab. Should be mobile friendly, so when opened on a phone it would size accordingly. I have a domain name, but nothing else. I would need guidance where I can host this (w/o adds). The table would be best in a My SQL database, I will be updating it often. The page should display the entire table, in descending order. Page will also have a Header which for now will be static. It should also have a “Contact Us” where user can click and it will open an email (if user has a default email) pre-filled with site’s email address. While this can done in various technologies, I’d favor asp.net.

Hi! I've been working with .NET platform almost for 10 years so I think I would be a good fit for this task. I have a few questions for you: - Will you be updating webpage list directly on the DB or will you need the page to support editing? - If you want it to be created on ASP.NET MVC and want it to be mobile ready I would use some jQuery table plugin for that. Otherwise we can use HTML+Angular consuming an ASP.NET WebApi. Or we can even use HTML+Angular consuming a node.js API (which will probably give you more hosting options) - Should there be any other element on the page appart from the table? Like a logo or a small description? - How many elements do you expect to have on the table? Perhaps it would be a good idea to paginate the table. Good luck with your search, Regards, Martin Keimel
