Due to demand of first phase idea demo, we need a simple website but with a few essential functions. Similar websites would be [login to view URL], monster.com. Store data and provide user to search and also follow each other. As this is a demo site, we only need a few solid functions and if this goes well, we will come back to improve this version and are willing to pay a reasonable price.
Preferred skills:
First choice - Grails, + MySQL, + certain plugins like ElasticSearch
Second choice - Java + Hibernate + useful libraries like database migration etc.
