Business website by using/customising a wordpress theme

I need someone to build me a website: [login to view URL]
The site is being built in wordpress using the forest theme, which I have licence to use. I have a host service (goDaddy) set up.
The designer I have been using is unable to meet my deadlines, so I need someone who can run with this and fast. I have about 10 days to make it beautiful, functional and simple.
A couple of reference sites are: I like their simplicity.

My content will be adapted from an old site at [login to view URL] but structured differently, and including video and a podcast series. I can share the framework of the site and the work done to date. I would like to refine the content in parallel as the site comes together. This works especially well with you in the UK.
I need someone who can ensure all social links are working and that google analytics is set up.
Some of the icons that I would like to include are on the attached draft info graphic. If these can be improved on, that would be great.
