Convert Flash Website to HTML

We have a fully developed site designed in Flash. However, we would like to have an (as close as possible to) identical HTML version. All the original assets (art elements, photos, buttons, text for each page, everything) are available to the winning bidder in PSD format, along with a PSD of one entire page, laid out. The source FLA file can also be provided What I need: The existing assets put together in HTML, to look almost identical to the Flash version. The site needs to be able to be viewed at multiple resolutions and still look correct (at least at 800x600,1024x768,1280x1024. Preferably dynamically resizable to any resolution) Specific expertise: This should be an easy job for anyone, although a portfolio of non-template derived sites would be an advantage. Experience with SEO would also be an advantage Timeframe for delivery: Not urgent, but no more than 8 weeks. Happy to wait longer for the right bidder with the right price.
