Convert a PSD to a Bootstrap based template (React.js - friendly).

Dear freelancers, I need to have a PSD file converted to Bootstrap-based HTML template that is React.js friendly. For us, it is important that: 1) HTML code uses latest Bootstrap 2) HTML code is FULLY responsive 3) HTML code is W3C compliant 4) HTML code is react.js friendly. We require that the selected freelancer has a practical react.js skills and can ensure the output HTML code will work well in a react.js project. NDA needs to be signed before the PSD file is shown.
