Hi,
I like this template and want a site developed from it.

This can be downloaded and purchased or if you have the skills and want to make a bit more money then build it up yourself.
It will need to have different colours (white or lighter background for example) and ideally a way of editing some bits of the site - possibly you could look at SSI includes or a smaller editable region via text file, this is so changes can be made easily to a couple of areas such as telephone number. This is not essential but a very desirable feature.
The list of personnel will need to be bigger with some empty slots to be added later.
The services page will have different graphics, remember I just like this style of site, but this is the basis for modification, I do not want this actual website.
I do not require background music but the navigation sounds are a nice touch so keep these.
I will provide the page content and will provide text and images needed. As I mentioned earlier I do want the colours to be changed so there may be a few drafts until this is the right balance.
I have a host account and domain name already. I will provide images and text to use, I will provide very clear layout/structure for the site. I do not anticipate anything larger than this template link above so please bid on the basis you will be delivering this template with new images, colours, text and a additional link. Anything else you can add will be good, let me know please.
I am based in the UK and we have bank holiday on Monday so there will be a delay in communication but I wanted to post up this project to allow time for bids.
