Convert a Template to a Website

I need a PHP program that does the following after a new visitor views my lead capture page website and then opts-in to obtain additional information: Register the visitor as a new member of our team and assign a TEAM USER-ID and password in some variation that will work with our main website as a referral ID. Example: [login to view URL]{MemberUserID}. This information is stored in a SQL database that will be used later for reporting statistical information for the Team Members. Once the visitor has registered and verified his/her email address through a verification email sent by the registration script, the new member is then redirected to a "dashboard" type webpage containing various information on our business and how to use it. These will be in the form of charts, searchable tables and other reports that may be of interest to the member. The only reports I would need provided by the programmer are those relating to each member's view of the database containing contact information for members in their downline. The additional reports will be created by me. The main section I need programmed is what I call a downline builder. This is the heart of the system and will list a number of network marketing programs from which the new prospect can select to join one or all. Example; the first program in the menu is Traffic Monsoon. After clicking on the Traffic Monsoon link, the prospect is taken to the webpage (within the format of the dashboard page) where a YouTube video will describe the program and how to register for it. If the prospect decides to join Traffic Monsoon (or any of the other programs), he/she would click the "Join Traffic Monsoon" link which will redirect him to the Traffic Monsoon registration page of the Team Member whose [login to view URL]{MemberUserID} he used to join our business. By default, because I will be the member initiating the process, all program default usernames will be mine. After a new member joins Traffic Monsoon, he would then place his/her Traffic Monsoon username in the Update Form and update it, replacing my username with his own Traffic Monsoon username. This same sequence would be repeated for each program in the list. I have purchased a Registration/Login/Logout utility and need that to be incorporated in the Dashboard panel I would like to use for registration and membership tracking.
