Convert five simple HTML pages to CSS (no images, just tables to css)

Please post to private messages to see the pages you need to convert. We are implementing PHP code into a fresh design - but the design is in old HTML. We need the design converted to CSS for us to use it. 5 simple pages - simple stuff.. I would like a 12 to 24 hour turnaround on the project.
