Convert table based webpage to tableless

I have a table based web page. I need the index page to be converted to a tableless template like yui-t6 950px width, 300px right column, keeping the same look and feel. No design is required. The css has to be from the new tableless template adding the necessary rules to keep the same look and feel. I would like also the web page to have a drop shadow on left and right.
