Hi!

As many of corporate software developers are "practicers on everything, officials on nothing". I usually need to code on different languages depending on the application I am giving support to.

For this Freelancer project I need help with an issue on a modal windows that I can't manage to arrange as per the design. The application is being written on ASP NET MVC, SQL Server, JQuery, Bootstrap. I am not an expert on any of those and I lack more knowledge on the Bootstrap part. Therefore, I need you to arrange for me a modal window to look like the image attached. I have provided source code with HTML and Jquery/Bootstrap dependenccies that I adjusted from the page rendered using the actual application. Please give me a hand on this.

Besided helping me arranging the modal window, I need you to specify how would I change font in case I get comments from my manager on the font I am using.
