Create a logical navigation structure

I will not award anyone this project till Wednesday December 23 at 5 PM New York time. Please do NOT rush to bid on this project without taking the time to actually read what I would like and to determine the amount of time it will take you to perform the task. If you do not have at least 30 reviews and a 4.5 rating it is not at all likely I will pick you so please do not be insulted nor spend time on the project unless you can provide me with additional information that will make me pick you. I made a mess of the site by adding content over time and never taking the time to organize the content. The idea will be for you to create a logical menu structure allowing visitors to find what they want by providing me with a detailed menu break out. Examples would be the Common Home Defects category where a person can select basement defects then see a list of the basement defects. My existing site has no structure and no way for any visitor to find anything. I wish for you to create four to eight logical categories, that each have something like 5 to 10 choices (perhaps even those 5 or 10 will open additional windows.). There are several hundred pages on my site. If you can provide examples of other problems you solved similar to this one I would appreciate it. The website is already being redesigned by another person at this very moment.
