1. Project description We want to create a classified ads platform on which boys, girls, transsexuals and salons offering paid sex can publish ads. The advertiser will be able to ad their ads directly online on the platform and pay on it. This projects involves design and coding a template and eventually plugins. 2. Collaboration conditions The platform has to be developed so that there is a superadministrator that can easily modify certain elements described in the specifications attached "mockups_webplatform_V1.0". The resources (code, template, plugin) must be documented, open source and free of charges. The template and plugins have to be tailor made to the mockups attached. The developer can use existing plugins only if it fits to our needs as described in the specifications on point 4. The developer has to use WordPress and WooCommerce. Finally, the provider would not be able to communicate about the project before its launch. Furthermore, and we insist on this point, the provider will not be authorized to resell the resources developed for the project to third person, except for existing resources such as plugins. 3. What you can win by executing an amazing and perfect job! We want to create a long lasting relationship with the provider. If the provider does an amazing job, in time and respects all the conditions, we would consider to give more work for later development on this and/or other projects we have. Note also that if we consider the delivered result excellent, a bonus corresponding to 25% of the overall project cost will be given. So for example, if the price is 2'000.-, a 25% bonus (500.-) would be given. 4. Planification The following plan should be respected: 1. Design the user Front-End (mockups 0 – 3.3 in attached pdf file). Deadline: 24th of October 2016 2. Correction of point 1 and design of the advertiser Back-End (mockups 4 – 8.3 in attached pdf file). Deadline: 31st of October 2016 3. Correction of point 2 and development of advertiser Back-End (mockups 4 – 8.3 in attached pdf file: login, ad creation and edition, dashboard and payment system). Deadline: 10th of November 2016 4. Correction of point 3 and development of user Front-End (mockups 4 – 8.3 in attached pdf file, home page, search bar, advanced search, premium options, ad details). Deadline: 22nd of November 2016. See attached a more detailed description document and the mockups. Please, if you are not sure to be able to deliver the work, do not make an offer!
