Design Home Page & Content Page

We are looking at having 2 pages designed. The first page is the home page and we are targeting a design similar to www.topproducer.com. The second page would be some type of content page. You would have to provide the page design with graphics and flash. Content would come from the current site [login to view URL] and final design would be completed by us.
