Help Building a free e-course for my wordpress site

I would like help creating an online course to give away for free on my website. Similar to a Udemy or Teachable style with "chapters/sections" but with NO NEED for tests/quizzes/certificates/etc.

Would like to be able to collect name/email in exhange for immedate access to the course.

I would design the video segments of the course (voice over powerpoint) and could deliver you the files with each chapter.

I'm looking for help with:

- design of the landing page for the course

- ability to send a customized thank you email

- making sure course is fully-mobile

So I'm hoping for recommendations on a WP plugin for courses perhaps. Or just an explanation of the best way to offer a FREE, SIMPLE, course on my site.
