Joomla 3 responsive - hotel template

We have created a jpg file of design that our client want to have for his hotel booking site. The template – jpg is design from couple sites (some of them we have in html!). We have clear requirements of this project. We will describe you each part of site what and how should looks like. We want to have nice clean design. Joomla 3 – RESPONSIVE site. We will (probably) use the Artio booking component or VIK booking component. We declare a update of the project each 4 hours. You can work locally and then upload it to live site that we can check. As well you can use any template that is done allready or framework and you can build it from there what is maybe the best solution of using some of all ready made joomla 3 responsive templates or framework like gavick or t3 framework/template. We want to have nice, clean and modern layout and design! Full description part by part with modul will be provided.
