Minor Alignment Amends to the Checkout page and 2 Errors on a Magento Site

Hi, Minor Amends on website 1. I need some information realigned on my website. 2. I need some text not to overlap an image when viewed in portrait mode on an iPad. Errors on Website 3. Sometimes when I click on checkout, the page is blank. 4. Sometimes when I try paying for a product on my site I get an error message, 'Payment had failed, please reload checkout page and try again. Your card has not been charged.' Sometimes this works.
