Agent System for Power Systems Simulation

We need a multi-agent system in JADE to simulate the behavior of an agent society of power system components. We need to simulate a test system (IEEE Reliability Test System) and characterize its components (generators, loads, buses) as agents, to further research their collective behavior and emergent features. You will be dealing with a proprietary smart grid component that needs to be modeled as well and integrated into the simulation.
