Amazon EC2 Windows 2012 DC and Exchange Setup

We are looking for someone to install a domain controller for us in the amazon ec2 VPC. We also need a domain that we bought attached to the domain controller.
The second part of this project is to install the Exchange server onto a second EC2 instance and set it up to use the same vpc.
The exchange server needs to be accessible from a server outside the EC2 System for mail purposes.
Please do not bid on this project unless you have done this sort of thing in the EC2 Cloud already.

I haven't applied such scenario on Amazon EC2 but I had on Windows Azure. Hopefully it should be the same and I can ensure that the things can be sorted out in the weekend.
