Custom Data Recovery Software

Hi, I am looking for a developer who can rapidly create 3 versions of a Data Recovery Software for me. Because it is crucial that this project be finished as soon as possible I will only be considered developers who already have their own data recovery software developed that they can use as a base to quickly create the versions I need. Please show me a demo of your program along with your bid.
