Defining number of characters in a box ( FOX PRO BASED APPLICATION )

This application was created by a coder from RAC , and this application is based on fox pro. This application was created to make printing on a pre printed government form while the coder was able to complete the small box's ( single line boxes ) in the application he was unable to define the number of rows and columns ( Number of character in each line in a big box) So i am looking for a coder who can help me on this. The sample of the application has been attached you can have a look of it and get back to me if there is any questions , and i would request for one page to be shown as proof that you would be able to complete the rest of the task. Each page might have around 2 to 3 BIG square boxes and some just 1 , there is almost 80 pages in this application. As this application was created in fox pro i would request people who have knowledge on this application to bid on this project. Any other suggestion to improve or better this application is also welcome to bid. ## Deliverables The attached file shows which box has to be defined.
