I'm interested in the position of Remote Control Support/ Computer Technician you recently posted. I have been a professional Computer Technical Support executive for 3.5 years, and I am very familiar with Implementing, troubleshooting networks, computer configuring & repairing. During my employment period I have been a part of our IT team which handled more than 100 client's helpdesk requests. In computer repairing I have done Operating System installations, repairing & troubleshooting (Such as Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition). I have experience of using various antivirus programs such as Norton, AVG, Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Sophos. Also I have done Computer tuning ups using 3rd party tools & inbuilt windows tools. I am familiar with many application software's such as Microsoft Office products, Adobe products etc. I have the previous experience of using remote access software's such as TeamViewer, VNC viewer.
