Custom Twitter Application

Need a Windows application that can tweet to multiple twitter accounts simultaneously. Criteria: Proxy config on a per twitter account basis. Automated tweeting setup- -customizable phrase list - a list of preset phrases that can be added to any variable ie. *Bob* is the variable string, have a list of preset phrases like *way to go ____* *____ is the best*, etc and it would show up in the automated tweets as *way to go Bob* and *Bob is the best* -scheduling of tweets ie. program should be able to set for the next X amount of minutes, tweet X amount of times per minute, per account from the phrase list -select which accounts to tweet in automated setup Have tweets show as from Web not API, to appear more human. *include source code* Thanks.
