Craigslist Scraper Adobe Air

I need a craigslist scraper where user will be allowed to enter keywords to scrape results, then have the ability to email the posters of the search results. Need the ability to add proxies in as well. Must be done in Adobe Air. Should be a pretty straightforward job for someone that knows what they're doing. We're ready to hire someone and get this going in the next 3 days.
